IMPORTANT NOTE: This referral form enables professionals, including from other Local Authority areas, to inform Thurrock Council about a child, of compulsory school age, who is off roll and missing out on education.

The School Attendance Support Team will review the referral and start investigations into the case, where it is appropriate to do so.

Please ensure you provide as much information as possible, that is relevant to this case.

For pupils found on or off roll in another LA, you must refer to their School Attendance team.
